Fleur Bleu Seven Petals Red Blend is a Dry Red Blend made up of 7 different types of grapes. Predominantly Cabernet Franc with Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Petit Sirah.
Niceley balanced and soft without any harshness from the high alcohol content. Fleur Bleu Seven Petals Red Blend is perfect for a lighter meal of Tzatziki, Greek Spiced Meatballs, and Panzanella.
Fleur Bleu Seven Petals Red Blend would also pair well with pasta bolognese, roasted chicken, roast pork, prime rib, rack of lamb, game, beef stew, or Tagliatelle with Truffle Cream Sauce. Snack on a charcuterie board of Brie, Camembert, Cheddar, Gouda, Gruyere, or Swiss.

I enjoyed two different vintages of this wine. Unfortunately , both are now sold out. Lucky me to still have a 2016 Fleur Bleu Seven Petals Red Blend in my cellar that I am saving until 2021! To find similar blends, please visit WineShop at Home.
